Subject: Lot Line Adjustment - Request for Payment
The City of Rolling Hills contracts with Los Angeles County Department of Regional
Planning for review of legal descriptions and maps for lot line adjustments, lot
mergers and subdivisions. Please find enclosed an Invoice from the County of Los
Angeles Department of Regional Planning for services rendered for your lot line
adjustment application. Please reimburse the City for the County cost, in the amount
of 449.49 each, for a total reimbursement to the County of $898.98, by making a check
payable to the City of Rolling Hills. (Please see the highlighted item on the enclosed
Invoice).
I am also enclosing City's fee schedule for your reference, which was provided to you
when you applied for the lot line adjustment.
These charges are necessary to recover the costs for County Services beyond the
normal service level for which the City contracts with the County Public Works and
Regional Planning Departments.

SUBJECT: ZONING CASE NO. 944. REQUEST FOR A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
0 BUGGY WHIP DRIVE / 25 CREST ROAD WEST
Pursuant to state law the City's staff has completed a preliminary review of the
application noted above and finds that the information submitted is:
X Sufficiently complete as of the date indicated above.
Please note that the City may require further information in order to clarify, amplify,
correct, or otherwise supplementthe application. If the City requires such additional
information, it is strongly suggested that you supply that information promptly to avoid
any delay in the processing of the application.
The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a field visit for the above
mentioned zoning case to view an outline/stakes of the proposed lot lines adjustment on
Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at approximately 7:30 AM.
The site must be prepared according to the following requirements:
A. Stake the existing and proposed property lines
and easement lines in different color stakes and
flags according to the enclosed instructions.
B. Show the width of 0 Buggy Whip property at the
roadway easement line.
C. Show the distance from the existing structures at
25 Crest Road to the adjusted property lines in
the area of adjustment.
The owner and/or representative must be present to answer any questions regarding the
proposal.

Your neighbors within 1,000-foot radius were notified of this project and may also attend.
After the field trip, the next Planning Commission meeting will take place on the same
day, July 17. 2018 at 6:30 P.M. at Citv Hall, at which time the Planning Commission will
further deliberate this project.
The staff report for this project will be available at the City Hall after 3:00 PM on Friday,
July 13, 2018. We will forward the report to you and your representative.
