I arrived home last night to a water heater that decided to leak everywhere.
I revised all the digits and recalculated all of the requirements
and verified them with assistance of computer.
Net lot area recalculated per our discussion
Corrected disturbed area (had 10' of street easement incl)
Bldg. pad revised for 50' FYSB only
Revised grading sheet to 3 cubic yards
And of course revised all percentages accordingly
