Gentlemen:
I apply herewith for a variation from Zoning Or-
dinance No. 33 to permit the construction of an
orchid greenhouse on my property on Lot 47 at
No. 1 Flying Mane Lane.
The decrease from 20' to 14.9' is necessary to
accommodate the structure to the hillside. It is
not practical to move the greenhouse farther to
the South or West because it would interfere with
the present laundry yard and require substantial
grading for foundation. This variation will not
be a detriment to the immediate community. The
variation is required because it is the only way
that this structure can be accommodated to my
hillside property.
South Bay Engineering Co., who made a survey of
my property last month, is forwarding to you to-
day three copies of a plot plan showing the
location of the structure and the side property
line.
Your prompt consideration of this matter would be
very much appreciated.
Sincerely
Albion W. Spear
