Site Plan Review for grading and construction of a new single family residence to replace an existing single family residence, a pool and a spa. The Planning Commission's schedule is to visit two other properties beginning at 5:00 PM on that day, and then proceed to 3 Eucalyptus Lane. Therefore, expect the Commission at this address shortly after 5:45 PM, unless due to unforeseen circumstances the field trip to the other property (ties) is cancelled or delayed. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on March 16, 2004, at which time the Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commission and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the 3/16/04 Planning Commission meeting on subject application prior to the site visit.
