NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council
of the City of Rolling Hills will hold a Public Hearing
at 7:30 PM on Monday, January 10, 1994 in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills, CA for the purpose of receiving
public input regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO.449, SUBDIVISION NO.83, AND
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 22334: A request for
a two (2) lot subdivision of land at Lot 86-RH, and
currently 7 Pine Tree Lane, Rolling Hills, CA, an
existing lot that has one residential unit, to be
implemented by Dr. and Mrs. Robert A. Smith. Lot
86-RH consists of 6.16 acres gross to be divided into
two lots as follows: Lot 1 - 3.64 acres gross, 3.06
acres net; and Lot 2 - 2.52 acres gross, 2.10 acres
net.
MUNICIPAL CODE APPLICATIONS: Section 16 -
Subdivisions and State Subdivision Map act.
After reviewing the Initial Study for the project, Staff
has determined that this project will not have a
significant effect on the environment. Accordingly,
a Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.
Any person is welcome to review the subject
application and plans prior to the public hearing at
the City Hall' Administration Building located at 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit
application in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or' in written
correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or
prior to, the public hearing.
