PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills will
hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 AM on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 and will meet at the end of
Pine Tree Lane cul-de-sac for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the following:,
ZONING CASE NO. 907. Request for a Certificate of Compliance for Lot Line
Adjustments between three parcels of land and a Variance for less than the minimum
required width along a portion of two of the parcels. Parcel 1 at 10 Pine Tree Lane,
APN: 7569-013-016, is developed with a single-family residence and accessory
structures; Parcel 2, APN: 7569-013-017 is vacant and Parcel 3, APN: 7569-013-018 is
also vacant, located in the RAS-2 Zoning District, in Zoning Case No. 907, (Hassoldt).
The project has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental
Quality Act, (CEQA) under the Class 5 Exemption, Minor Alterations in Land Use
Limitations.
MUNICIPAL CODE APPLICATIONS: City of Rolling Hills Subdivision Ordinance -Title 16,
Chapter 16.44
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the public
hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling
Hills, CA during regular working hours. We welcome your input. You may provide your
comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meetings or come to the
meetings and address the Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may be limited
to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to the
public hearing.
The Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their regular meeting,
scheduled in the evening of the field trip, Tuesday, October 18, 2106 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the City
Hall Council Chambers.
