NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of
Rolling Hills will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, August 16, 2005,
at the City Hall Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills,
CA for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 713. Request for a Certificate of Compliance for Lot Line
Adjustments between three parcels of land, to determine compliance with
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act, for properties at 10 Pine Tree Lane
(developed lot), and 2 vacant lots north thereof, Rolling Hills, CA; and having
Assessors Parcel Numbers (APN) 7569-013-016, 7569-013-017 and 7569-013-018
respectively. No new development is proposed with this application.
MUNICIPAL CODE APPLICATIONS: City of Rolling Hills Subdivision -Title 16,
and State of California Subdivision Map Act.
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your
comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to
the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
