by the Planning Commission at their August 15, 2017 and September 19, 2017
meetings and was continued to the regular evening meeting on 'October 17, 2017.
The subject property is located at 16 Pine Tree Lane (Lot 81-1-RH) Rolling Hills,
CA, (Sunitha Bharadia).
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt (Class 3) pursuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.

Conditional Use Permit Chapter 17.42 •
