I. To conform to all regulations and restrictions of the Association and all construction work will be in
accordance with the plans bearing stamp of approval of the Association.
2. No changes will be made without first securing written approval of Architectural Committee.
3. To obtain a City permit and conform to the Building Code of the City of Rolling Hills.
4. To call the Association Inspector for the following inspections:
(1) Staking (2) Grading (3) Foundation (4) Framing (5) Final.
5. To do no grading, paving, construction or planting of any kind in easements.
6. TO PAINT ALL EXTERIOR SURFACES WHITE USING APPROVED WHITE PAINT WHICH
CONTAINS NO TINTING; trim color to be submitted for approval.
7. To not occupy residence until final approval is given.

adopted by the association or be an approval of
the violation of any provision of any ordinance of
