Applications are considered at the regular meetings of the Planning Commissidn,
which are held the third Tuesday of each month. •Applications must be subMitted
to the Planning Commission Secretary no later than the first. Monday of the
month in which the hearing is ob held.

other lots of the RAS-2 zone. Further, a visit to this lot will show
conclusively that, because of their immediate proximity, residents of
this lot will naturally be a part of the Chuckwagon-Bowie Rd. neighbor-
hood. No.direct communion between residents of this lot and residents
of the RAS-2 zone is possible. From every practical standpoint, there-
fore, this.lot.must be considered as a part of the Eastfield community
and it is our firm and considered opinion that the north boundary of
the RAS-2 zone should be along the south boundary of (bur lot rather
