NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of
Rolling Hills will hold a Public Hearing at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
August 14, 2012 to view ,a proposed project on the site at 8 Maverick Lane,
Rolling Hills, CA. Public input will be received regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 826. Mr. Spencer Karpf, 8 Maverick Lane, (Lot 26-A-
SK), Rolling Hills, CA. Request for a Variance to construct a barbeque, a
portion of which would encroach into the side yard setback. The project
has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.38-Variances.
The Planning Commission schedule is to visit another property starting at 7:30
a.m., therefore the exact time of the _field visit to subject property cannot be
established.
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
field trip public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may
provide your comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the
meeting or come to the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this
project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
Follozving the Meld trip, the Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate
this case at their regular meeting, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2012,
beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 2 Portuguese Bend Road,
