Mr. Richard,Anderson, Planning Advisor for the City
of Rolling Hills, has reviewed the plans you submitted
for a residence addition and cabana on the Kenneth Norris
property located at 30 Crest Road East in Rolling Hills.:
As he advised you by phone, Mr. Anderson has found
that additional information will be required in order for
the application to be processed.. A copy of the checklist
showing the required items is enclosed. In addition, the
computation of lot coverage on the map does not show the
areas of the proposed pool house or the bath addition. If
those areas have been included in the figure for the house
a note to that effect should be placed on the inap with the
calculations.
The next meeting of the Planning Commission will be
on Tuesday, April 27 at 7:30 P.M. All submittals for that
meeting must be in the City Hall no later than 4:00 P.M.
Monday, April 12. In May the Commission will meet on
Tuesday, May 18; submittals for that meeting are due on
Monday, April 26. Please call me if you have any questions.
