APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Section 17.16.210(A)(7)
Conditional Use Permit for Tennis Court and Section 17.46.010 - Site Plan Review.
A mitigated Negative Declaration for the original project was prepared in accordance
with the California Environmental Quality Act and adopted by the Planning
Commission on November 22, 1994. On February 11, 1997, the Planning
Commission found that the project as modified subsequently and as presented by this
application is within the scope of the previously adopted Negative Declaration. The
Planning Commission further found that the project as modified will not have any
new or substantially greater environmental impacts than consideredin the original
Negative Declaration.
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the public
hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road,
Rolling Hills, CA.
