NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will conduct a field visit on
TUESDAY, Tune 16, 2015 at approximately 8:00 a.m. to view a silhouette for a
proposed project at 1 Pine Tree Lane, Rolling Hills, CA in the following zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 879, Request for a Site Plan Review and a Conditional Use
Permit to construct a 2,740 square foot stable with a 1,740 square foot loft, for a
total of 4,480 square foot stable structure, 4,500 square foot corral and 9,250
square foot riding ring and request for a Variance to exceed the maximum
amount of allowed disturbed area on the lot at 1 Pine Tree Lane (Lot 102-RH)
Rolling Hills, CA, (Delgado).
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.46 - Site Plan Review
and 17.38 Variances.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on May 19,
2015 at which time the Commissioners heard detailed presentation of the proposal. The
purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the members of the Planning Commission and
interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the project. Any
person is welcome to review the subject applications and plans prior to the public
hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at ,2 Portuguese Bend Road,
Rolling Hills. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing to
the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the
Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of these permit applications in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning
Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their regular
meeting, scheduled for the evening of the field trip, Tuesday, June 16, 2015 beginning at 6:30
p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

Commission of the City of Rolling Hills will hold a Public
Hearing at 6:30 pm on Tuesday. May 19. 2015, at the
City Hall Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills, CA for the purpose of receiving pub-
lic input regarding the following:

determined to be categorically exempt from the
California Environmental Quality Act, (CEQA) pur-
suant to Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines.
