The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on November 18, 2014 at which time the Commissioners heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the members of the Planning Commission and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the project. Any person is welcome to review the subject applications and plans prior to the public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project.
