I. Such change is warranted because (State reasons) The swimming pool
is needed for recreation and health. Two doctors have recommended a iaccuzzi for
treatment of my wife's arthritic condition.
II. Such change is based upon the following described exceptional or extra-
ordinary circumstances or conditions that do not apply generally to other
property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone (State circum-
stances) The front yard is the only practical location for a' pool. The back-
yard area is used for a corral and the immediate area near the house does not re-
ceive enough sunlight for an outdoor pool.
