Gentlemen:
The request for variance by Glynn Rushmore, 9 Open
Brand Road, Rolling Hills, Lot 114-EF, as the owner
ofthe property immediately adjacent to the in-
volved property, I would not be opposed to this
change providing that the new construction does
not interfere with my view, and also provided that
the trees that are presently there be trimmed in
accordance with good judgment so as not to interfere
with the view.
