Request for a Site Plan Review to permit the construction
of a new single family residence.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ruth:
It has come to our attention that the required Building Permit fees
for the subject case may have been based on an undervaluation.
Please contact Ms. Lata Thakar, District Engineer at the Lomita
office of the Los Angeles County Building & Safety Division at
23420 S. Narbonne Avenue (213) 534-3760 for determination and
submittal of fees to the Building Department.
At the same time, certain items required by Planning Commission
Resolution No. 91-22 have not been met. Notably, Section 6,
Paragraph F, requires an approved preliminary landscape plan and
bond, and Paragraph L, requires a notarized, recorded Affidavit of
Acceptance of the resolution conditions.
We have notified the Assistant City Attorney and the Los Angeles
County Division of Building and Safety about these requirements.
Should you fail to provide the appropriate requirements by Friday,
October 11, 1991, you will compel the City to issue a "stop work
order" which means that no further work at the property will be
permitted.

APPEAL PERIOD AND AFFIDAVIT OF ACCEPTANCE FORM
Dear Mrs. Ruth:
This letter shall serve as official notification that Zoning Case
No. 459 was APPROVED by the Planning Commission at their regular
meeting on August 20, 1991. The Planning Commission's decision was
reported to the City Council at their regular meeting on August 26,
1991.
The approval will become effective:
(1) Twenty days after the receipt of this letter if no
appeals are filed within that time period (Section
17.42.140 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code), AND
(2) An Affidavit of Acceptance Form and the subject
Resolution must be filed by you with the County
Recorder (Section 17.32.087).
We have enclosed a copy of RESOLUTION NO. 91-22, specifying the
conditions of approval set forth by the Planning Commission and the
approved Exhibit A to Keep for your files. Once you have reviewed
the Resolution, please complete the enclosed AFFIDAVIT OF
ACCEPTANCE FORM, have the signature(s) notarized, and forward to:
County Recorder. Room 15. 227 North Broadway. Los Angeles. CA 90012
with a check in the amount of $5.00 for the first Daae and $2.00
for each additional uaae.
The City will notify the Los Angeles County Building & Safety
Division to issue permits only when the Affidavit of Acceptance is
received by us and any conditions of the resolution required prior
to issuance of building permits are met.

request for extension is not made to the Planning Commission before
