The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commission and interested parties with the topography and size of the lot, placement of the proposed project, and to view the silhouette (outline) of the proposed addition. Although plans will be available at the site, detailed review of the project is not anticipated. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the 3/18/03 Planning Commission meeting on subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
