NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Rolling Hills will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27,
1989, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chamber at the Administration
Building/City Hall, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills,
California, to take public testimony regarding a request for a
Conditional Use Permit for a guest house on Lot 115-EF, located at 7
Open Brand Road, Rolling Hills, California.
Any person is welcome to review the proposed plans, prior to the
public hearing, at the Administration Building/City Hall, 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, between the hours of 8:00 a.m.
to 12:00 noon, and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed 12:00 noon to 1:00
p.m.), Monday through Friday.
