The PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Rolling Hills will conduct a field
visit on TUESDAY. TULY 18. 2006 at 5:45 PM to view a proposed project at Z
Outrider Road in the following Zoning Case:
ZONING CASE NO. 726
Mr. and Mrs. Steven Peden, 7 Outrider Road, (Lot 79-EF). Request for a
Site Plan Review for grading and Variances to construct a stable in the
front yard setback, to exceed the maximum permitted total lot coverage
and to exceed the maximum permitted disturbed area of the lot at an
existing single family residence.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on June
20, 2006, at which time the Planning Commission heard a detailed presentation
of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commissioners
and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the
proposed project.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony.
However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and
comments will, be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing
described below. We urge you to review the application, plans and minutes of
the previous meeting on subject application prior to the site visit. These and
other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building

The City Council held a public hearing on subject zoning case on August 28, 2006
and January 22, 2007 at which time the City Council heard a detailed
presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the
Council members and interested parties with the location, topography, size and
extent of the proposed project.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony.
However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and
comments will be considered at the regular City Council public hearing
described below. We urge you to review the application, plans and minutes of
the previous meetings on subject application prior to the site visit. These and
other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building
located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
The City Council will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their regular
meeting, which will be held on Monday, February 26, 2007, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the
City Hall Council Chambers, at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills.
