Neitherthe. applicant nor his representative appeared at the meeting. Resolution No. 15 of the Planning Commission (copy attached) provides in Paragraph 4 that if no one appears and no request is received for a continuance, the matter is re- moved from the agenda. Should Mr. Sullivan wish to continue with the application it will be necessary to re -file the application. Please call me if you have any questions.about this.
