that you relieve me of any responsibility arising from or relating to
said irrigation, planting, drainage or landscaping performed by you
or your agents.
No warranty is expressed or implied by Buchholz Construction in regards

Request for Variances
Dear Mr. Belak-Berger:
The above numbered Zoning Case, a request for variances of
front and rear setbacks for additions to the Sullivan residence
located at 22 Georgeff Road, was on the agenda of the Planning
Commission for consideration at their meeting last evening,
August 20. Neitherthe. applicant nor his representative appeared
at the meeting. Resolution No. 15 of the Planning Commission
(copy attached) provides in Paragraph 4 that if no one appears
and no request is received for a continuance, the matter is re-
moved from the agenda. Should Mr. Sullivan wish to continue with
the application it will be necessary to re -file the application.

Ordinance and less than four working days before the matter
is to be heard, by the Commission, the request shall be denied,
the matter shall be ordered removed from the agenda, the filing
fees shall be forfeited and the applicant shall be required to
re -file his application with the Commission.
4. If an applicant fails to appear at the time
fixed for the hearing of. the matter,either in person or by
his duly authorized representative, and no request has been
made for a continuance thereof, the matter will be removed
from the agenda, the filing fees forfeited, and the applicant
shall be required to re -file his application."
