Subject: Zoning Case No. 318.
A letter was sent to you on July 25, 1985 advising of the
Planning Commission's approval of a Variance for a residence
addition within the required front setback on your property,
Lot 55-1-RH on July 16, 1985. The Planning Commission's action
was reported to the City 'Council at a regular meeting on Monday,
August 12, 1985, pursuant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal
Code. Since no action was taken by the Council regarding the
approval, the decision of the Planning Commission has been rati-
fied by the City Council, and the Variance for construction as
shown on a plan submitted for Zoning Case No. 318 is approved.
An acceptance form as required by Ordinance No. 207 is
enclosed. Please complete the form, have the signatures notarized
and forward to the County Recorder's Office, Room 15, 227 North
Broadway., Los Angeles, CA 90012 with a check in the amount of $7.00.
When the Affidavit of Acceptance, duly executed and recorded, has
been returned to the City the Los Angeles County Department of
Building and Safety. will be notified that building permits can be
issued.

17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Variance for
a residence addition within the required front setback on your
property, Lot 55-1-RH, was approved by the Rolling Hills Planning
Commission on Tuesday, July 16, 1985. This notice shall serve as a
copy of the Commission's decision. A formal report of the Planning
Commission as required by Section 17.32.086 of the Municipal Code is
contained in the enclosed minutes of the proceedings before the
Planning Commission.
The Commission's decision will be reported to the City Council
at the regular meeting on Monday,_ August 12, 1985 pursuant to
Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Please call this office
