The PLANNING COMMISSION will conduct a field visit on Tuesday, May 13,
2008 at 5:15 PM to view a proposed project at 17 and 19 Georgeff Road in the
following zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 756. Mr. and Mrs. T K Yu. Request for a Certificate
of Compliance for Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels of land for
properties at 17 and 19 Georgeff Road, Rolling Hills, CA, having Assessors
Parcel Numbers (APN) 7567-15-09 and 7567-15-10; and request for Variances for
19 Georgeff Road for less than the required lot size and lot width at the street
frontage and to encroach with the existing residence into the side yard setback.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on April
15, 2008 at which time a detailed presentation of the proposal was made.
The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commissioners and interested
parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the project.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony.
However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and
comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing
described below. We urge you to review the application, plans and minutes of
the previous meeting on subject application prior to the site visit. These and
other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building
located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
The Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their
regular meeting, scheduled to be held on the evening of the field triv, Tuesday, May 13,
2008, beginning at 6:30 v.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

Ordinance -Title 16, and State of California Subdivision Map Act; Variances -
Chapter 17.38 of the Rolling Hills Zoning Ordinance.
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your
comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to
the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
