NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of
Rolling Hills will conduct a public hearing and view a project on site at 22
GEORGEFF ROAD on TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2014 at 7:30 AM in the following
zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 857. Request for a Site Plan Review to construct an above
grade deck and to retain previously constructed but unpermitted above grade
deck at 22 Georgeff Road, (Lot 14-GF), (Patterson & Boos). The project has been
determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA), Section 15303(e).
APPLICATION REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.46 — Site Plan
Review.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony
and/or attend the regular Planning Commission meeting described below. We
urge you to review the application and plans for subject case prior to the site
visit. These and other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall
Administration Building, located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Planning Commission may continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their
regular meeting, scheduled on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 beginning at 6:30 PM in the City
