Review and Chapter 17.38 — Variances.
The Planning Commission held public hearings on subject zoning case on September
20, and October 18, 2011 and a field visit on October 18, at which time the
Commissioners heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. With the Planning
Commission suggestions, the applicants revised the project.
Any person is welcome to review the subject applications and plans prior to the
public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your
comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the

The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on September 20,
2011 at which time the Commissioners heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The
purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the members of the Planning Commission and
interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the project.

hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling
Hills. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing to the Planning
