Such uses are set forth in Sections 17.16.010 and 17.20.010 of the Municipal Code. APPLICATION AND REQUEST FOR HEARING In order to obtain a conditional use permit, a property owner or his or her agent must submit an application and request a hearing before the Planning Commission.
