FINDINGS AND FORMAL REPORT
The application. of Mr. George E. Wise, Lot 2CRB, Chesterfield
Ranchos Tract, for a front yard and side yard variance came on for
hearing on. the 18 th day of June, 1968 at the hour of 8:00 P.M. at
the Administration Building of the City of Rolling Hills, California
and the applicant, having submitted evidence in support of his ap-
plication, the Planning Commission, being advised, now makes its
Findings and Formal Report as required by the Ordinances of the City
of Rolling Hills, California.

perty rights possessed by other property in the same vicinity and
zone, with the stipulation that a protective fence be provided
between the northerly easement and the pool, and that the granting
of such variance will not be materially detrimental to the public
welfare or injurious to property in the same vicinity and zone,

From the foregoing it is concluded that a variance should be
granted by the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills to
Mr. George E. Wise, Lot 2CRB, Chesterfield Ranchos Tract, in ac-
cordance with the plot plan. marked Exhibit I on file in these pro-
ceedings, and it is, therefore, so ordered.
