Municipal Code, this letter is to serve as official notice that a
request for a Variance to the front yard setback requirement to allow
for the construction of an addition to the existing nonconforming
structure and for a Variance to the side yard setback for
construction of a retaining wall at 31 Chuckwagon Road, Lot 16-CF,
was reviewed by the Planning Commission at their meeting on September
20, 1988. At that meeting, the Planning Commission voted to approve
the requested variances.
