Dear Mr. Davisson: -
At an adjourned meeting of the Planning Commission
on December,7, 1976, it: was determined that a quorumof
members would not be available for the regular meeting
scheduled ,for Tuesday, December 21, 1976, and the nn Xt
regular meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, January 18,
1977.at •7:30 P.M. A further action of the .Planning
Commission deferred consideration of applications for
conditional use permit for 'construction of a tennis
court to the regular meeting in March, 1977,-.in 'order
to enable the planning Commission to complete develop-
ment: of :a• set of guidelines to be used when considering
tennis courts.
At .the meeting •of the City Council on December:'13,
1976, the Council voted to impose a moratorium on tennis
courts, applicable to all new and pending applications
for conditional use permit, until April 1, 1977,in
order that public hearings on the guidelines could be
scheduled for both the Planning Commission and City
Council.
