This Letter shall serve as official notification that a one year

SUBJECT: TRAFFIC COMMISSION SAFETY REQUIREMENT
ZONING CASE NO. 476, 10 UPPER •BLACKWATER CANYON ROAD
(LOT 84-2-RH)
Dear Mr. Smith:
The Traffic Commission, at their meeting on November 20, 1992,
required that a white, 3-rail boundary fence be erected on the
property across the road to the proposed driveway entrance at your
property at 10 Upper Blackwater Canyon Road, to provide traffic
safety. The Commission further required ,that the fence be 65 feet
long and centered across from your proposed driveway entrance to
protect and warn drivers exiting your property of the hillside
edge.
Therefore, as you proceed in the preparation of plans and permits
for your property, you will also need to comply with the Traffic
Commission requirements and provide for the erection of a white, 65
foot, 3-rail boundary fence across from your driveway entrance on
Upper Blackwater Canyon Road.
These safety requirements necessitate that you make arrangements
with Mr. Lee J. Secrist, the owner of 9 Upper Blackwater Canyon
Road, Rolling Hills [Tel. 543-5840(w)], to provide the required
boundary fencing. Yourcooperation is appreciated.
Feel free to call me at (310) 377-1521 if you have any questions
regarding these requirements and the processing of your project.
Sincerely,
LOLA UNGAR
