I am requesting a variance for the side yard set back on my house which has already been completed. I am requesting the variance from 20 feet to 10 feet. As I stated the house has already been constructed with a 10 side yard and furthermore this lot is a very narrow lot at the street which would require a tremendous front set back to allow the 20t set back from the side yards. By setting back more there would be no rear yard and it would have necessitated dropping the pad. This would have made the drive very steep. It is already quite steep. Sincerer.
