We have enclosed a copy of RESOLUTION NO. 91-32, specifying the conditions of approval set forth by the Planning Commission. Note that this approval will expire on May " 1992 and unless you acquire permits before then, under Section 17.34.080.B you must refile based upon the same criteria as for the issuance of a new permit. You should also be aware that there are still two requirements you will need to take care of before building permits are issued and they are: 1. An Affidavit of Acceptance Form and the enclosed Resolutions must be filed by you with the County Recorder (Section 17.32.087). 2. You must prepare 2 copies of a preliminary landscape plan for approval,by the Planning Department as noted in Section 7.E. of Resolution No. 90-9-A and Post a bond in the amount of the cost estimate of the landscaping plus 15%. We have enclosed a copy of RESOLUTIONS NO. 90-9-A, 91-10 and 91-32, specifying the conditions of approval set forth by the Planning Commission. At that meeting, the Planning Commission voted to approve the request for a Side Yard Setback Variance for residential additions, and the Site Plan Review for the proposed additions and decking. The Planning Commission's decision will be reported to the City Council at their regular meeting on May 14, 1990. The decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed, pursuant to Sections 17.32.140 and 17.32.150 (copies enclosed) of the Municipal Code.
