The City Council considered Zoning'Case No. 345, a request
for a Conditional Use Permit on Lot 21-CF and a Variance on Lot
22-CF, at a regular meeting on November 9, 1987. The request
for a Conditional Use Permit for construction of a guest house
on Lot 21-CP and the request for a Variance for construction
of a barn of Lot. 22-CF, a vacant lot, were approved by the City
Council.
Copies ,of ,Resolution No. 565 approving a Conditional Use
Permit in` Zoning Case No. 345, and Resolution No. 566, approving
a Variance in Zoning Case No. 345 are enclosed. An acceptance form,
as required by Ordinance No. 207, is also enclosed. Please
complete the form, have the signature(s.) notarized, and forward
the document to the Office of the County Recorder, Room 15, 227
North Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012 with a check in the amount
of $7.00. When the Affidavit of Acceptance has been returned
to the City, duly executed and recorded, the Los Angeles County
Department of Building and Safety will be notifed that a permit
can be issued.

a Conditional Use Permit for construction of a guest house on
Lot 21-CF and a Variance for construciton of a barn on Lot 22-CF,
a vacant lot, was reported to the City Council at a regular meeting
on September 28, 1987. A motion was_made and seconded that the
City Council take jurisdiction of Zoning Case No. 345, and hold
a public hearing on the matter at the next regular meeting of
the Council on Monday, October 12, 1987.
Copies of the Findings and Report on Zoning Case No. 345,
reporting the findings of the Planning Commission and the
conditions attached to the approval of your requests is enclosed
for your information. Excerpts from the Rolling Hills Municipal
