PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling
Hills will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 AM on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at the site at
37 Chuckwagon Rd., Rolling Hills, CA for the purpose of receiving public input
regarding the following Zoning Case:
ZONING CASE NO. 920. Request for a Site Plan Review for grading of paths on a
property with previously imposed condition that any development on the property
be reviewed by the Planning Commission, (Lot 19-CF), Rolling Hills, CA (Van
Nortwick). The project has been determined to be categorically exempt (Class 3)
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section
15303.
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.46 - Site Plan
Review.
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
meeting at the City Hall Administration Building located ,at 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in
writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and
address the Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may
be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their
regular meeting, scheduled on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
