At that meeting, the Planning Commission voted to deny the request for a Conditional Use Permit for a guest house, and thereby, disapprove the request for site plan review for said guest house. The Planning Commission's decision will be reported to the City Council at their regular meeting of March 26, 1990. The decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed pursuant to Sections 17.32.140 and 17.32.150 (enclosed) of the Municipal Code.
