Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kazarian:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Conditional Use
Permit for construction of a tennis court on Lot 101-RH, located at
14 Upper Blackwater Canyon Road, was approved by the Planning Commis-
sion on April 17, 1984, subject to standard conditions for tennis
courts which have been given to your engineer, Mr. Douglas McHattie.
A formal report of the Planning Commission as required by Section
17.32.086 of the Municipal Code is contained within the minutes of
the proceedings before the Planning Commission.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills reviewed the action
of the Planning Commission at a regular meeting on May 14, 1984, pur-
suant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no action was
taken by the Council regarding the Conditional Use Permit, the Planning
Commission's approval has been ratified by the City Council.

This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a. Conditional Use
Permit for construction of a tennis court on Lot 101-RH, located at
14 Upper Blackwater Canyon Road, was approved on Tuesday, April 17,
1984 by the Rolling Hills Planning Commission, subject to standard
conditions for tennis courts, including landscaping for screening,
and that a bond be required to guarantee growth of the landscaping.
The standard conditions for tennis courts have been given to Mr.
Douglas McHattie, your engineer.
This notice shall serve as a copy of the decision of the Plan-
ning Commission. A formal report of the Planning Commission's action
as required by Section 17.32.086 of the Municipal Code is contained
in the minutes of the proceedings before the Commission.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills will be reviewing
the action of the Planning Commission on Monday, May 14, 1984 at
7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall pursuant to
Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code of the City ofRolling Hills
to, determine whether the action of the Planning Commission should be
appealed by the Council.
