De r, and ellis, Dr. and Mrs. Witte and Mr. and Mrs. Shoemaker,
Thank you for your cooperation in support of Resolution 1078.
As you are aware, City staff visited 3 Quail Ridge Road South and 5 Quail Ridge Road
South on December 15, 2009 to inspect the tree trimming and removal per the
conditions of Resolution 1078. The attached photographs represent the view as a result
of this work.
In comparison of the photographs to Resolution 1078, the requirements of Resolution
1078 have been met. At this point in time, the City will be recording Resolution 1078
and the photographs with the County Clerk. After December 1 of each year, if the City
is advised that the annual trimming did not take place, the City will engage in code
enforcement, as necessary.
Again, thank you. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call me or Yolanta
Schwartz.
Sincerly,
