Sure, I'll also add in rear yard setback line. I need to update calcs for the 450 stable, won't take long. Besides on site plan, do you want the lose sheets? The first item I address for this project was Health services. I knew Mr. Hoffman wouldn't want to upgrade the current service. As it turns out, adding a bathroom or enlarging a bedroom doesn't change the tank size. It's all based on bedroom count these days. So we were cleared with the existing system without expansion testing, waiting on final paperwork. Thanks for the heads up though. We had a fire flow report prepared early too. All good there also. I looked at google earth, don't see any utility lines. We can add as a planning note but thinking are underground already. What's the threshold to require such, not that I what to get into the business of mini additions? The application with calculations need to be filled out. Do the Hoffman's know that they will have to also go thru the Health Dept review?? New bdrm and additional fixture will require an investigation of the existing septic tank to determine capacity and condition. Hopefully a 1,000 gal tank is adequate. In addition, the utility lines from their house to the closest pole that is serving them now, will have to be placed underground. I did not notice if their utilities are above ground now. y Page 1 of 2 • • Yolanta Schwartz Planning Director City of Rolling Hills 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA 90274 310 377-1521 F: 310-377-7288 This is a transmission from the City of Rolling Hills.
