Dan & I are planning to replace the eucalyptus trees that we removed along Pine Tree
with PINE TREES. We will be doing this as soon as the weather cools.
The trees that were removed were on the west side, and the south west corner of the
court. At the present time nothing has changed on the north, east, or south sides.
We are sorry that we have caused such a problem for some of our neighbors. In making
our list of things to do we didn't consider the time fram from removing to replacing
trees. In the future we promise to do a better job.
Thank you for your understanding.

SUBJECT: TENNIS COURT SCREENING

Recently, we spoke with Mr. Wicks by telephone about the removal of some of
the tennis court screening at your property when it came to our attention. The
screening to obscure the north and south two sides of the tennis court at your
property has been removed.
Section 17.16.210 (A)(7)(k) of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code requires that a
game court shall be adequately screened on all four sides and that the screening
shall be composed primarily of landscaping which shall be maintained in a
healthy condition.
We would suggest that you consider planting low maintenance drought tolerant
shrubbery as you prepare to replant or fill in the vacant areas.
Please contact this office within the next sixty days (by August 11, 1998) to inform
us of any planned action.
Feel free to call me at (310) 377-1521 regarding this matter. Your cooperation is
appreciated.
Sincerely,
LOLA UNGA
