You have requested that I put in writing to the City the intended use of this area, which is
purely a grassy area for our kids to run around and play. As Rolling Hills is working hard on
making the City a child -friendly community according to Kristen Reig of the Community
Association, it would appear that this project is perfectly aligned with those very goals.
We do however entirely understand, and have always been sensitive to, the rules and
regulations governing the use of certain areas of property within the city limits. As such we
understand that we cannot erect permanent equipment, roofed structures, or paved areas
in that particular grassy area.
Further, you brought up a concern for noise. Obviously we will abide by all rules and
regulations concerning that issue at all times, and continue to be considerate neighbors just
like we equally expect our neighbors to be toward us. We've not had an issue during the
years that we've now lived there, and we don't anticipate a change in that situation.
Please feel free to contact me for any questions concerning the above.
