As you requested in your email of November 21 to Deborah, this letter will confirm the following: 1. We will construct a permanent driveway at 7 Outrider within 6 months of the date of this letter. The construction of this driveway is not conditioned upon approval or construction of a barn or any other approvals from the City. The driveway will be constructed in the same position as the existing driveway, and will provide paved access to the utility yard/trash area. 2. Pending completion of the driveway, an interim utility yard/trash area has been constructed adjacent to the garage. We have completed a paved, DG path, from the top of the existing driveway to the utility yard/trash area. 3. We currently anticipate that we will not be occupying the house prior to February 1, at the earliest (obviously, the exact timing depends on completion of the driveway, among other things). 4. We are in the process of site clean up, and this will be completed prior to occupancy. 5. Deborah Richie is preparing an updated landscape plan for submission to the City and the Community Association. This plan will provide for removal of the portions of the "patio" structure in the rear of the house which are within the existing easement.
