The PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Rolling Hills will conduct a field
inspection on Saturday, December 4, 2004 to view a proposed project at 5
Sagebrush Lane, 6 Sagebrush Lane and 3 Appaloosa Lane in the following
zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 696, LOT LINE ADTUSTMENT
Mr. James Hao, 5 Sagebrush Lane, request for a Lot Line Adjustment:
a) between two parcels of land at 5 Sagebrush Lane and a vacant parcel north
thereof having Assessors Parcel Numbers (APN) as follows: 7569-11-13 and
7569-11-14, AND
b) between two parcels of land at 5 Sagebrush Lane and 3 Appaloosa Lane
having Assessors Parcel Number (APN) as follows: 7569-11-13 and 7569-26-11.
The Planning Commission's timetable is to visit another property beginning at
8:00 A.M., and then proceed to subiect site. Therefore, it is expected that the
Planning Commission will not arrive at this property before 8:20 A.M.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on
November 16, 2004, at which time the Planning Commission heard a detailed
presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the
Commissioners and interested parties with the location, topography, size and
extent of the proposed project.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony.
You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the previous
meetings on subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent
documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
The Planning Commission will hold an additional meeting regarding Zoning
Case No. 696 on Tuesday , December 21, at 6:30 PM., at City Hall. Please reserve
this date.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of
Rolling Hills will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, November 16,
2004, at the City Hall Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling
Hills, CA for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 696, Request for a Certificate of Compliance for Lot
Line Adjustments between three parcels of land to determine compliance
with provisions of the Subdivision Map Act for properties at 5 Sagebrush
Lane and a vacant lot north thereof, and between 5 Sagebrush Lane and 3
Appaloosa Lane, (vacant lot), Rolling Hills, CA; and having Assessors
Parcel Numbers (APN) 7569-11-13, 7569-11-14 and 7569-26-11. No new
development is proposed with this application.
MUNICIPAL CODE APPLICATIONS: City of Rolling Hills Subdivision -Title 16,
and State of California Subdivision Map Act.
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your
comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to
the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
