The Planning Commission's timetable is to visit another property beginning at 8:00 A.M., and then proceed to subiect site. Therefore, it is expected that the Planning Commission will not arrive at this property before 8:20 A.M. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on November 16, 2004, at which time the Planning Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commissioners and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the previous meetings on subject application prior to the site visit.
