Conditional Use Permit and a Variance to construct a pool house in the rear setback; Variance to retain a previously constructed stable in the front setback; Variance to exceed the maximum permitted structural and total lot coverage and a Variance to exceed the maximum permitted disturbed area of the lot at an existing single family residence. The Planning Commission's schedule is to visit two other properties beginning at 4:00 p.m. and then proceed to 2 Southfield Road. Please expect the Planning Commission and staff at this address at about 4:30 p.m.. unless unforeseen circumstances at the other properties either delay or expedite the visit. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on July 19, 2005, at which time the Planning Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commissioners and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing described below. We urge you to review the application, plans and minutes of the previous meeting on subject application prior to the site visit.
