Hi Yolanta,
Please see attached. As discussed 14 Chuckwagon has been constructed and Finaled per
plan.
16 Chuckwagon was to pay 2 hrs plan check fee for the review and has not, they have not
attempted to pull permit for construction on their site.
From the approved plan it appears that the drainage is now completely independent of each
other's lots and appear they would not affect each other's properties respectively.
To your question, whether there was a drainage/engineering reason that both drainage
systems must be constructed in order for the plan to work as intended, I will have to defer to
Lisa for her input. However looking at the plan I do not see a clear reason that would be the
case.

Yosh or Lisa, could you pls call me, as there is no answer at the Lomita office.
Lisa, you're familiar with these two properties, where a drainage swale was to be constructed for 14 Chuckwagon,
but was constructed over the line and the neighbors at 16 were not cooperating and wanted the sale off of their
property. The owner of 14 submitted plans to remove the swale and is moving it onto his property. But I think
(and I do not have a copy of that revised drainage plan); that it was required that the owners of 16 Chuckwagon
also built a drainage swale. 14 claims that 16 is not building a swale.
Rebecca, could you look at the permits and see what was recently approved for both properties as far as drainage
is concerned; and Lisa and/or Yosh could you find the plan and see if 16 is supposed to have a separate drainage?

Is it on the same permit? Has anyone been yet to the property to inspect the new drainage swale on 14 and is it
finaled?
Lisa, would you require a separate drainage for each property?
