The City's Municipal Code, Section 10.52.210 states "no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle on any road for a period of time longer than one hour between the hours of two a.m. and four a.m. of any day..." Furthermore, upon receiving notice of a vehicle that is parked in one place for a 72-hour period, the Sheriff's Department will tow the vehicle (after 72-hours parked in one place, the Sheriff's Department considers a vehicle abandoned). Your moving the boat onto your driveway will avoid enforcement efforts. Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions.
