All slopes shall not be steeper in slope than two horizontal to one vertical, or exceed a vertical height of 30 feet. All slopes shall be marked with grade. (Ordinance 153) 8. All cut and fill slopes must be shaded. (Ordinance 153) 9. Show all retaining walls and sections through walls, height and elevations. Show height for all buildings. 10. In order to obtain a variance, the applicant must be able to demonstrate that practical difficulties or unnecessary hardships result through the strict and literal interpretation and enforcement of the zoning provisions. Variances are considered and decided upon by the Planning Commission following a public hearing.
