Please disregard that letter. A review of the plan for a guest house indicates that Mr. and Mrs. Lam have submitted plans for a guest house which do not comply with the conditions of approval. The proposed structure is larger in square footage than permitted, and contains a kitchen. The plan submitted to the Architectural Committee of the Rolling Hills Community Association has not been approved. Hence, you are requested to contact the City of Rolling Hills before any permits are issued to ensure that the structures for which permits are given comply with the City's requirements. Please call this office if you have any questions about this. copy: Mr. and Mrs. Lam Ron Davis, AIA RHCA Architectural Committee TLB/jc Very trul / Terrence L. nger City Manage • • City 0/ Roiling -WA June 10, 1991 Ms. Lata Thakar District Engineer Building and Safety Division 23420 S. Due to many requirements of the City of Rolling Hills, as well as the Building and Safety Division and the applicant, this project has not proceeded in a timely manner. Most recently, we had to get the correct wording from our City Attorney for a landscaping bond commitment required by the approving resolution before we could stamp the plans. The current plans meet the requirements of the City of Rolling Hills and a permit may be issued. LOLA M.
