Raine, Lot 28, Flying Triangle Tract,. for a front yard variance, came on for hearing on the 25th day of May, 1965, at; the hour of 800 P.M. at the City Hall of the City of Rolling Hills, California, and the applicant having submitted evidence in supportof his application, the Planning Commission, being advised, now makes its Findings and Formal Report as required by the ordinances of the City of Rolling Hills, California. I. The Commission finds that the applicants, France. M. Jr. and Betsy H. Raine, are the owners of that certain real property described as Lot 28, Flying Triangle. Tract, located in the City of Rolling Hills, California, and that notice of the publichearing in connection with said application was given as required by Sections 8.06 and 8.07 of Ordinance No. 33 of the City of Rolling Hills, California. 1:I: . The Commission further finds thatno person appeared at said public hearing in opposition to the application for a variance, and that no evidence was received by the. Commission in opposition thereto. • 111. The Commission further finds thatthe proposed stable of the applicants is t.o be located in the front yard as de.fined in Ordinance No. 33 and further finds that by reason of thee terrain of said Lot 28-FT the varianceshould be granted t.o applicantin order to preserve,substantialproperty rights possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and thatthe granting of such variance will not be materially detrimentalto the public welfare or injurious to property in the same vicinity and zone. V 1. From the foregoing it is concluded that a variance should be granted by the Planning Commission of the. City of Rolling Hills to France. M. Jr. and Betsy H.
