members would not be available for the regular meeting
scheduled for Tuesday; December 21; 1°76, and the next

courts r applicable to all new and pending applications
for :conditional: use permits" until April 1, 1977, in
order that public hearings on the guidelines could be
scheduled .for ':both the Planning .Commission :and City
Council
